This would not be very typical of a video I would normally post. I’m not much into over-extravagance or social media influencers wasting money. But, in some ways this video is humorous while showing what a $100,000 plane ticket will get you. To that end; it is kind of entertaining.
This guy Bobby has flown on first-class tickets at a number of other price points, and now he max’s out on three airlines known for their over-indulgent first-class experience. (Singapore Airlines, Emirates Airlines and Etihad) With nearly 3 million subscribers, travel vlogger Bobby can afford to purchase some expensive airfares.
The amount of caviar this guy consumers could be a video in itself. Imagine getting Armani freebees as part of your ticket price. Multi-course meals that are just insane, and even for someone like me on a strict diet, everything looked delicious. The content creator Bobby was taking a gift to his grandmother’s 98th birthday and so the airlines picked up on that and added some of their own gifts from the granny, which was a nice touch. The snacks the airlines provide with the passenger’s entertainment were over-the-top. So, while this level of extravagance flies in the face of my “Don’t Waste Money” chapter in The Wise Guide to Wealth (coming soon), it is still an interesting look at what the most expensive air travel offers.
